Shipping Costs

Fire Pit Outfitters offers standard shipping on orders being delivered in Canada. Fire Pit Outfitters will determine the best standard freight and shipping charge of around $199 will be added upon check out.  We do not ship orders to the USA. If you would like to pick up form North Vancouver please call us and we will work this out with you. 

Order Processing Times

1-7 Business Days (usually less)

 

When Will My Order Ship?

Your order should ship within a 1-7 business days.  You will receive an email with a tracking number when your ordered item ships. Depending on your location it takes approximately 3-7 days to arrive from when we ship. Shipments are from either Ontario or BC. 

 

How Do I Track My Shipment? 

Once your order has shipped the shipping company and a tracking number will be included in your Shipping Confirmation email. Please allow up to 7-14 days for a tracking number to be sent to you. 

 

 

How Is My Order Shipped?

Due to the weight and size of firepits, they will be shipped via a freight courier.  We use a variety of companies throughout all of Canada. These companies will usually call you before they drop off to ensure you will be home to receive the fire table.

Need to return your order?

Please call us to do so as we will need to approve before sending it back to us. Items sent back without approval will be returned to sender.
