Shipping Costs

Fire Pit Outfitters has a standard $249 shipping charge on orders being delivered in Canada. Fire Pit Outfitters will determine the best standard freight.  We do not ship orders to the USA.

Order Processing Times

1-3 Business Days (usually less)

 

When Will My Order Ship?

Your order should ship within a 1-3 business days.  You will receive an email with a tracking number when your ordered item ships. Depending on your location it takes approximately 3-7 days to arrive. Shipments are from either Ontario or BC. 

 

How Do I Track My Shipment? 

Once your order has shipped the shipping company and a tracking number will be included in your Shipping Confirmation email.

 

 

How Is My Order Shipped?

Due to the weight and size of firepits, they will be shipped via a freight courier.  We use a variety of companies throughout all of Canada.
